Once the backplate adaptor was fitted to the shell, I needed to assemble the unit, it went together OK, but things went in a little differently.

The Wing I was going to use was an Agir Brokk, It fitted nicely as the backplate adaptor needs a larger distance between the bolts so as to allow the lungs to expand. Note that some Wings will require an extra eyelet placed in the fabric. The Agir wing has 3 eyelets at the top and 3 at the bottom to allow a normal wing to adjust on a backplate When using the adaptor The Agir uses the eyelets furthest from each other.

The harness was a Transplate Harness from Diverite with their weight pouches fitted. I bought this when I first got the Agir Wing as I never got on with the one piece webbing harness.
Assembling the unit
Fit the exhale lung as normal
attach to shell
Fit the inhale lung
attach THAT to shell
Fit the scrubber and velcro it in
Push the cell connector into the inhale bag, make sure it clicks!
Note how the inhale lung will not sit nicely now you have a long mounting screw on the shell
So tuck it in loosely
Fit the breathing loop
The wing placeed on top of the unit
Mount the skeleton backplate complete with transplate harness onto the mounts
Screw down with supplied hand nuts
Attach 10L cylinder with H valve
Drager valve fitted with din adaptor from tecme
onto the other valve goes an Oceanic 1st stage with aa long hose connected to an Omega2
The long hose goes over the shell, down the RHS througha bungee loop back up and down the rh shoulder and
Finished (almost!)
Nearly done, but I was getting the elbow!
